Antimicrobial Resistome Associated with Layer Hen Caecal Microbiomes

BioFigR originated by offering expert support in creating custom biological figures and data analyses.

In this first project, BioFigR generated boxplots and correlation plots. The boxplots were generated to assess changes in alpha diversity and specific microbial taxa between control and treatment groups, accompanied by statistical testing to draw meaningful insights. The correlation plots visually highlight the associations between bacterial taxa and antimicrobial resistance genes, as well as the co-occurrence of microbes across samples, revealing complex relationships within the dataset.
